ANOTRACKPro line control hardware and software package is a fully programmable solution for process tracking, alarming, and reporting of products through a manual finishing process line or facility.
The system uses wireless data transfer of all line inputs through an operator held PDA for each job. Actual run data for each load is tracked and reported to a base station computer and entered “real time” into a database. Unlimited numbers of processes and part numbers are stored for retrieval when ready to run.
After each run, a printout is available confirming all times and parameters that actually occurred for each process step on each load. Multiple jobs can be run by one operator without conflict through the use of random scheduling technology. Multiple lines can feed data to the base station simultaneously for full facility tracking and control.
