METALAST International, Inc., the process control and complete technology provider to the metal finishing industry, has initiated an introductory 6-month trial program for its JobPro Process Controller, with no license fees or royalties required.
Under the trial program, any job shop (electroplater or anodizer) can sign up for a 36-month rental contract with an option to cancel the contract after 6-months, if not fully satisfied with the benefits of the controller. The program allows platers and anodizers to witness, first hand, the capabilities of the METALAST JobPro process controller in their own production environment.
The JobPro will help facilitate greater product consistency, process run repeatability, better quality control, and traceability. Utilizing the ISO and QS compliant JobPro will also enhance production throughput with low cost plant retrofitting to platers and anodizers. The JobPro also helps companies adhere to lean production standards of increased quality and efficiency across value chains.
The 6-month introductory trial period allows a user to return the JobPro unit if not entirely satisfied with its performance, with no further obligation.
The JobPro is the first product in the METALAST IPC Pro Series. The METALAST IPC Pro Series process controllers represent the first affordable, off the shelf process control solutions for the $50 Billion metal finishing industry (electroplating and anodizing).
In addition to the METALAST JobPro, METALAST offers a complete line of its own private label metal finishing chemistries, licenses its proprietary anodizing technology to captive facilities, provides technical support, training and education, R&D services, and is a metal finishing consultant to many of the Fortune 500. METALAST also operates the worlds only technical center devoted to anodizing and has assembled an impressive team of research scientists and industry experts.
