METALAST will introduce their comprehensive line of anodizing chemistry products June 26, 2001.

METALAST Research and Technical Support Group have fully evaluated and tested the new anodizing chemistry line to ensure conformance to METALAST’s strict standards of consistent quality and performance. The chemicals are manufactured by an ISO 9002 certified chemical manufacturing company. All testing is performed at the METALAST Tech Center in Minden, Nevada.

METALAST will provide to its chemistry customers, at no charge, technical support for their anodizing requirements including laboratory sample analysis, field technical support, process examination, and solution recommendation

In addition, METALAST will introduce its second-generation process controller, the “Integrated Process Controller” (IPC). Based on its highly successful predecessor, the MPCS, the IPC features improved metal finish consistency, process repeatability and verification, and field reliability.

• Compatible with most material handling systems
  
• Can be used with most electro-chemical metal finishing processes
  
• Three distinct modes of operation – manual, semi-automatic, and automatic

The METALAST IPC offers improved coating consistency and uniformity (load-to-load, shift to shift) while providing full process verification to the anodizer and end user. The IPC is compatible and easily integrates with most anodizers production systems thereby reducing installation complexity and cost.
