The company, with revenues of $1.7 billion, was ranked as the Top Environmental Construction & Engineering Firm in 1998 by the Environmental Business Journal.

The companies believe that the relationship will help build the turn-key portion of their respective businesses. The growth will come from both the construction and engineering sides, as well as the implementation of anodizing technologies to companies interested in constructing new anodizing facilities or refurbishing existing ones.
