The Shareholders and Directors of METALAST convened at Harrah's Hotel in the South Shore of Lake Tahoe. The annual shareholder meeting will discussed the strategic plan for the Company and allowed shareholders a chance to hear from METALAST executives on the progress and direction of the Company.
