METALAST Presents New Specification Program |
| METALAST International, Inc., a provider of technology, research, and process support to the aluminum anodizing industry, has developed a specification program for use in aluminum anodizing. Under the METALSpec Program, METALAST provides a comprehensive process specification for use in aluminum anodizing. All METALAST licensees are capable of compliance with the comprehensive specs to provide high-quality consistent anodized finishes. Specs are available for both sulfuric (Type II) or hardcoat (Type III) anodizing, and are supplemented by parameters for general operating conditions. METALAST specifications may be adopted for general purpose anodizing or modified for specific manufacturer or product requirements.
