METALAST Appoints New VP/National Sales Director |
| METALAST, the leading innovator in technology, research, and process support to the aluminum anodizing industry, recently appointed Byron Estes as Vice President and National Sales Director. Byron will be managing all activities related to the Licensing of anodizing job shops and manufacturer captive facilities. He will be responsible for training and supporting METALAST Account Representatives, the primary point of contact between METALAST and its licensees, in regional territories across the United States. Byron also works closely with the Marketing department on efforts directed toward local and regional manufacturers.
Byron is a 30-year veteran of the metal and metal finishing industry. He is a hands-on, results-driven manager experienced in operations, production, quality assurance, sales and training in the manufacturing job-shop sector. Byron’s experience includes serving first as the Production Manager, then as Operations Manager for Applied Coating Technology, where he managed plant operations including production, quality assurance, tooling, maintenance and shipping/receiving. Byron also was previously employed with Pioneer Metal Finishing in Minneapolis, MN.
