DAVID MICHAEL SEMAS
Chairman of the Board
Chief Executive Officer
David Semas has been a senior executive in the metal finishing industry for more than 17 years. Mr. Semas founded METALAST International, Inc. in 1993, and has remained its Chairman and CEO since that time. Mr. Semas has extensive knowledge of the metal finishing industry and has negotiated high level business relationships and partnerships with many Fortune 1000 companies, as well as individual machine/metal finishing job shops. In addition to his experience in the metal finishing industry, Mr. Semas has 30 years experience in executive management, venture capital and finance, institutional sales & marketing and real estate development and construction.
From 1973 to 1980, Mr. Semas served as President/CEO of a San Francisco Bay Area based commercial real estate development company which was involved in the construction and development of various office building complex's, townhouse projects and several master planned residential communities. In 1974, he was appointed to the Santa Clara County Planning Commission until his term expired in 1976. In 1980 Mr. Semas joined Shearson/American Express as Executive Vice President of Mortgage and Development Corporations. He was responsible for supervision, management and disposition of a $500 million REO portfolio, joint ventures, construction lending and the Real Estate Investment Services Group. In 1988, Mr. Semas formed Institutional Capital Marketing, Inc. ("ICM"), an international investment banking company. In 1990, ICM negotiated an exclusive marketing agreement with PMRealty Advisors, a wholly owned subsidiary of a $100 billion asset based insurance conglomerate, Pacific Mutual Life Insurance. He subsequently formed METALAST International, Inc. and METALAST International, LLC which acquired the worldwide rights to the METALAST technology.

CHARLES DELLE DONNE
Director
Prior to his retirement in 1999, Mr. Delle Donne served as Senior Vice President and Regional Manager of Fidelity Investments since 1980 where he was responsible for business development in the Western Region. In addition, he was a Senior Vice President for Bradford Trust Company from 1972 to 1979. Prior to that, Mr. Delle Donne was a Vice President of Citicorp from 1961-1971. Mr. Delle Donne is a current member of the Board of Directors of Fidelity Management Trust Company of California and Total Personal Services, Inc.

JERRY HOLLANDER
Director
Mr. Hollander started his own pump-filter manufacturing business in 1975, now called Penguin Pumps (DBA Filter Pump Industries.) Filter Pump Industries sells products worldwide in the electronics industry, i.e. printed circuit boards, semiconductors, connectors, plus other industries that use plating as one of their operations. Presently, Mr. Hollander is the CEO of Penguin Pumps and FilterCor, manufacturers of a complete line of pumps, carbon treatment and filtration systems, tank mixers, precious metal recovery systems, and carbon, string wound and pleated cartridge filters for over 30 years. Mr. Hollander is a member of ASME, AES (American Electroplating Society), and the Engineering Society at UCLA. In addition, Mr. Hollander is the Chairman of CAN, a group that finds funds for the Norris Cancer Research Group in Los Angeles. Mr. Hollander enlisted in the army and became active in the European Theater of World War II with a unit of combat engineers. Mr. Hollander then returned to California to finish his engineering studies, ultimately receiving a B.S. in mechanical engineering at UCLA.

ROGER W. LUBY
Director
ROGER W. LUBY has a background deeply rooted in the world of real estate finance. Mr. Luby was the CEO of Nexus Mortgage Network, the former President of Shearson/American Express Mortgage Corporation, and was the former Executive Vice President and Director of Shearson/American Express (David Semas’ former superior at Shearson/American Express). He has managed real estate financings and syndications and was an allied member of the New York Stock exchange. Mr. Luby is extremely active and influential within financial industry organizations and served as Chairman of the Mortgage Bankers Association of American Legislative Committee.

FRANK O'BRYAN
Director
FRANK O’BRYAN is a name synonymous with the Southern California and NYSE mortgage banking and finance industry. Mr. O’Bryan is currently chairman of WMC Mortgage Corporation and a member of the Board of Directors of First American Financial Corporation. Frank O’Bryan was the Vice Chairman and Director of Shearson Lehman Brothers, Inc. and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Shearson Lehman Mortgage Corporation. In addition he was the Chairman of the Board of The Spring Mountain Group and Chairman of Pioneer Savings and Loan Association from 1991 to 1997. He is a past member of the Board of Directors of AFP Imaging, Damon Corporation, Grubb & Ellis and Directors Mortgage. He continues to be active in Young Presidents Organization (YPO), California Mortgage Bankers Association, National Association of Home Builders and Chief Executives Organization (CEO).

GREGORY DAVID SEMAS
Senior Vice President Operations
Mr. Semas has been with METALAST since its inception in 1994. Since that time, Greg has moved up through the ranks, first starting off as an Account Representative, then moving up to Regional Sales Manager, then onto Sales Directory and then Vice President of Marketing before moving into his current position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
As a result of the knowledge gained by directly selling and marketing to the metal finishing industry for the past 14 years, Greg is able to implement better strategies that will help produce more qualified prospects and customers to the METALAST Sales Department. Greg utilizes his experience to implement specific Business-to-Business marketing concepts in traditional areas such as magazine and trade journal print ads as well as new and emerging fields such as website optimization, search engine optimization and search engine marketing. In addition, Greg has implemented many online and offline tools that have helped the organizational productivity and efficiency of both the Sales and Marketing Departments.
As Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Greg oversees all aspects of the direct sales, marketing (online/offline), advertising and branding of the METALAST name to the metal finishing and manufacturing industries. Greg works closely with and manages the METALAST Sales Team, providing both in-house and field support.
In 2004, Greg also created and managed the METALAST T-REX (Touring Research and Educational eXhibits) department, which was the centerpiece of the METALAST marketing strategy for three years. T-REX was a 48' foot long tractor-trailer that expanded into a 36-seat classroom and traveled throughout the United States from October 2004 until August 2007. The goal of the T-REX program was to educate, enlighten and brand the METALAST name throughout the metal finishing and manufacturing industries. In 2005, T-REX received a national Business-to-Business marketing award for its innovation and success in presenting to thousands of attendees and hundreds of companies. By the end of the tour, T-REX visited 30 states, presented to over 500 companies and over 10,000 engineers.

JEFFREY M. MACKINEN
Senior Vice President Administration
Mr. Mackinen has over 24 years of experience in all aspects of international banking, real estate development and finance, international business and trade, administration and senior executive management. He received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Southern California and was recruited by Union Bank as a loan officer in 1968. From 1968 to 1989, Jeff worked throughout the banking industry with various financial institutions including Union Bank, Wells Fargo Bank, Banca Commerciale Italiania, Banque National de Paris and The Bank of Orange County.
Jeff is a highly qualified and experienced manager and financial executive with a solid background in personnel, human resources, and office administration. During his banking tenure, Jeff served as a commercial loan officer, Assistant Vice President of Business Development, Vice President National Calling Officer, Vice President and Manager, and Senior Vice President.

Dr. Alp Manavbasi
Vice President Technology
Alp has a prior training and professional experience in materials research and mainly focused on the metallurgical analysis of corrosion resistant alloys, electrochemistry, powder metal, electroceramic synthesis/characterization and experience with design of experiments. As an engineer with interdisciplinary background and research experience, Alp leads the research and development team focused on the development of eco-friendly coatings for metals, surface treatment of alloys, materials testing & characterization, and have a technical role in the continuous improvement activities at METALAST.
He holds a BS and an MS degree in Metallurgical Engineering and a PhD in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno. He has several publications and presentations at materials research conferences and he is a current member of AAC and MRS.

Harish Bhatt
Vice President Technical Support and Industry Relations
Internationally respected and former Senior Technical Specialist for Visteon Automotive and Ford Motor Company for sixteen (16) years, Harish Bhatt accepted the position of Vice President, Technology for METALAST International, Inc. Harish has over 30 years in the metal finishing industry and is considered by many, to be one of the top chemical engineering and metal finishing related professionals in the automotive industry. His name is known in automotive circles and also in the aerospace, defense, electronics, sporting goods, consumer products, architectural and marine industries.
Harish served as an active member of SOC (Substance of Concern) committee for US CAR (United States Council of Automotive Research), which was founded by Ford, General Motors and Chrysler as the auto industries leading technology and environmental association consisting of 33 of the top automotive companies in the United States. Additionally, for over fifteen (15) years, he has been the speaker at various technical conferences around the world including the SAE (Society for Automotive Engineers), AESF (American Electroplating and Surface Finishing Society), NAMF (National Association of Metal Finishers), MFSA (Metal Finishing Suppliers’ Association) and the AAC (Aluminum Anodizing Council).
As Vice President of Technology for METALAST, Harish will direct and manage all metal finishing and technical support related operations, including; research and development, training and education, new and existing product/technology validation.

Byron Estes
Vice President Technical Support
Byron Estes is a hands-on, results-driven manager experienced in operations, production, quality assurance, sales and training in the manufacturing job-shop sector. In his position as Vice President, Manufacturer Marketing/CTR Liaison, his duties will include the continuing efforts to develop and maintain a quality CTR Sales Program, as well as develop and manage marketing programs to Domestic Manufacturers.
Byron’s most recent experience includes serving first as the Production Manager then as Operations Manager for Applied Coating Technology where he managed plant operations including production, quality assurance, tooling, maintenance and shipping/receiving. In this capacity he installed new hardcoat lines and modernized existing anodizing systems to increase productivity by 12%.
Byron was previously employed with Pioneer Metal Finishing (a subsidiary of Safeguard Scientific) in Minneapolis, MN, the largest U.S. aluminum job-shop anodizer for precision machines, die cast and extended parts used in consumer and industrial products. His positions at Pioneer included: Quality Technician and Environmental Manager, Quality Assurance and Technical Manager, and Operations Manager. His areas of responsibility included direction of production work force, quality assurance, laboratory, tooling and technical department. Byron was honorably discharged from the U.S. Navy, attended the University of Minnesota, and completed numerous courses in quality, management and sales.

Wendi Fauria
Vice President of Accounting and Investor Relations
Wendi has been with METALAST since it's inception in 1994 where she began designing and organizing all of the company's accounting, investor and general files. As Accounting Manager, Wendi is in charge of the Accounting Department which includes payables, receivables, taxes, payroll, and financial statement compilations. As the Director of Investor Relations, Wendi is responsible for all new issues of our stock, the coordination of all member correspondence and the updating of any information having to do with METALAST members.
Prior to joining METALAST, Wendi worked for 6 years in the escrow industy in Southern California. As an escrow officer, she was responsible for processing and closing escrows in the residential real estate community.
Wendi passed all four parts of the Uniform CPA Examination. She received a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Nevada, Reno and was inducted as a member in Beta Gamma Sigma, a honor society for high scholastic achievement. Wendi is also a Notary Public for the county of Douglas in the state of Nevada.
