Jeffrey M. Mackinen - Senior Vice President Administration Mr. Mackinen has over 24 years of experience in all aspects of international banking, real estate development and finance, international business and trade, administration and senior executive management. He received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Southern California and was recruited by Union Bank as a loan officer in 1968. From 1968 to 1989, Jeff worked throughout the banking industry with various financial institutions including Union Bank, Wells Fargo Bank, Banca Commerciale Italiania, Banque National de Paris and The Bank of Orange County. Jeff is a highly qualified and experienced manager and financial executive with a solid background in personnel, human resources, and office administration. During his banking tenure, Jeff served as a commercial loan officer, Assistant Vice President of Business Development, Vice President National Calling Officer, Vice President and Manager, and Senior Vice President.

Wendi Fauria - Vice President of Accounting and Investor Relations Wendi has been with METALAST since it's inception in 1994 where she began designing and organizing all of the company's accounting, investor and general files. As Accounting Manager, Wendi is in charge of the Accounting Department which includes payables, receivables, taxes, payroll, and financial statement compilations. As the Director of Investor Relations, Wendi is responsible for all new issues of our stock, the coordination of all member correspondence and the updating of any information having to do with METALAST members. Prior to joining METALAST, Wendi worked for 6 years in the escrow industy in Southern California. As an escrow officer, she was responsible for processing and closing escrows in the residential real estate community. Wendi passed all four parts of the Uniform CPA Examination. She received a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Nevada, Reno and was inducted as a member in Beta Gamma Sigma, a honor society for high scholastic achievement. Wendi is also a Notary Public for the county of Douglas in the state of Nevada.

Allison Young - Accounting Assistant A career change in 2007 brought Allison to the METALAST family.  Allison has an Associates of Arts degree from Andover College in Maine as a medical assistant.  Since relocating to Nevada from Maine, nine years ago, Allison was employed in the medical field as a registered medical assistant.  Her duties included extensive patient monitoring and record keeping while utilizing excellent interpersonal skills. Allison’s responsibilities at METALAST include accounts payable, accounts receivable and assisting where needed in all aspects of the accounting department.

Jill Niichel - Executive Administrative Assistante Jill Niichel came to METALAST in January 2004 as Administrative Assistant. She is the admin for David Semas, CEO and the executives at METALAST. She handles all travel arrangements, business meetings, organizing functions, overseeing correspondence for the executives, and organizes the annal shareholders meeting. In January, Jill took over the position of T-REX Coordinator. Her responsibilities include scheduling Companies for T-REX seminars, logistics, travel arrangements for the T-REX team and making sure T-REX scheduling is on track. Before coming to METALAST she was the office manager at a business in Gardnerville for eight years.

Bob Marquez - Warehouse/Assembly Assistant Bob has joined METALAST as the Warehouse/Assembly Assistant. Bob's duties will include facilities management, shipping and receiving, and assembly support for the production team. Bob has over 20 years experience in facilities management, logistics, and supervising. Bob has managed warehouses exceeding 20,000 sq. ft. and has vast experience in inventory control. Bob supervised three warehouse divistions simultaneously with a staff of over 10. Bob also has experience in the installaction and troubleshooting of satellite systems.

Teri Ford - Receptionist Teri has been the METALAST receptionist since March 2004.  Teri also assists in other departments, as needed. Prior to working for METALST, Teri worked as an office manager in San Jose, California.
